
It's all on the line for Savage basketball teams as they enter the consolation bracket of the regional tournament. Both teams must win their games against Idabel at North Rock Creek tonight. Girls play at 6:30 pm and boys will tip off at 8 pm. You can do this Savages!

Next week we will celebrate the birthday of children's author Dr. Seuss and participate in the Read Across America event to inspire our students to love reading books. Lots of activities are planned starting with Monday, March 2. It's Red, White and Blue Day.


Labor statistics indicate agriculture is the nation's largest employer with 17% of the civilian workforce working in ag related industries. That's 23 million jobs held by people who possibly got their start and inspiration by being a member of a local FFA chapter. We salute FFA!

There will be history made this weekend in Tecumseh High School athletics. Brinkley Bone, a senior will wrestle in the state tournament this weekend at 118 lbs. She is the first female wrestler to qualify for state. Good luck to her!
