
Attached are the specific details regarding free food service for all Tecumseh Public School children. Every child currently enrolled in the district will continue to receive free meals on designated school days during distance learning with some guidelines for delivery. Familiarize yourself with this delivery procedure to insure your child receives food.

Getting hungry? Doors open in just 30 minutes for the best dinner you've had in a long time at the Tecumseh FFA Carry Out/Pig Roast. Meal tickets are $10 each and children under six can eat for absolutely free. Take home dinners are being assembled right now at the THS Alumni Center. Come get some great food, head to the house and watch the Savages defeat the Cache Bulldogs on the HUB network in Round 1 of the Class 4A football playoffs tonight at 7:30pm.

Attention Savage winter sports fans -- As the middle school basketball and wrestling seasons commence we want to remind our patrons that face coverings and social distancing will be enforced. Seating will be limited to every other row and face masks must be worn at all times. We will post the COVID regulations for winter high school sports as the season openers draw near.
In football news - post season playoffs will begin Friday night, November 13 when the Savages will travel to Cache for a 7:30pm game.

Be on the lookout for your local FFA members this evening. They will be knocking on doors asking for canned food items and dry goods to support their community wide Thanksgiving food drive. If you would like to donate and are concerned you might be missed just call the Tecumseh High School office at (405)598-2113 and we will take care of the rest!

Tecumseh families -- The THS Beta Club will be hosting a blood drive on November 10 in the alumni building. According to the Oklahoma Blood Institute the blood supply in Oklahoma is smaller than normal for this time of year. If you can help by donating blood it would be much appreciated. Donors must be 18 years or older. Donation forms are available by calling the high school main office at (405) 598-2113

It will be a big night for Tecumseh High School as the Savages host OKC John Marshall for the final regular season football game at 7:00pm. We will honor Tecumseh's veterans at 6:45pm and the annual band light show will be performed at halftime. Admission gates will open at 6pm and don't forget your face coverings which are required by attendees for all Tecumseh Public School events. We appreciate your cooperation with our school policy.

The Savage Pride marching band wants to recognize all Tecumseh area veterans in a ceremony before the football game on November 6 at 6:45pm. If you or a loved one is a veteran, come to the game and let us honor you the way you deserve to be remembered. And then stay for the halftime light show. You won't be disappointed. Hey Savage football fans -- You can help the junior class tomorrow night by saving some room for a pizza dinner before the game. Juniors will be serving a two-slice pizza and a drink special for just $5! All proceeds will go toward our spring prom. We will be open at the football field from 6-7pm and would appreciate your help.

Just a reminder there is a flu shot clinic going on today and tomorrow, Nov. 4-5 for all Tecumseh Public Schools employees. Please check your district email for details. We are already seeing a few confirmed cases so you will want to make yourself flu-safe.

School picture night for all virtual Tecumseh Middle School and Tecumseh High School students has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 3. All students need a picture for the school records system but no student is obligated to purchase pictures. However, you will have the option to purchase photo packages that evening. Photos will be made at the Tecumseh High School alumni building from 5-7pm.
